Baltic Service
The Baltic Service of CPEA is a Mobile Agency serving expeditions and diplomatic missions of the Federated Micronations and aligned individuals and organisations in various Northern European regions, centering around the Baltic Sea, but also encompassing North Sea regions like the British Islands. Definitive Issue 2015 - Seagulls
On 2015.06.19, two Definitive stamps were issued, displaying seagulls. As the Baltic Service is fully owned by Capricornia Post and thus by the Republic of Capricornia, the Capricornian flag is displayed on the stamps. The regions covered are not located within the Federated Micronations, therefore "FM" does not appear on the stamps. The value of these issues is in Euro. The stamps were issued in se-tenant pairs of 0.50€ and 1.50€, covering postcard and letter fees to the FM.

Definitive Issue 2022 - Ships
On 2022.06.07, two new Definitive stamps were issued due to postal fee changes. Their motives are classical small ships from the region. The 1.20€ stamp, covering postcards, shows a Dutch Flat Bottom Boat, a traditional type well adapted to the wadden sea. The 1.80€ stamp, covering standard letters, shows a small Swedish steamer, the "Boxholm II" from 1904, servicing Lake Sommen in Smaland, Sweden.
