Mediterranean Service
Similar to the Baltic Service, the Mediterranean Service is a Mobile Agency providing services to expeditions and diplomatic missions in the larger Mediterranean area including Italy, Greece, Spain, Portugal and France. In addition to this, the Mediterranean Service serviced the PACHT administration since 2016.07.01 until it was dissolved by 2017.01.01, and it supplies international forwarding services to entities located in the area.
MS stamps are denominated in Euro.
The first stamp of the Mediterranean Service was issued on 2015.09.23. It shows an old etching, a view of Lago di Como, Italy, as seen from the village of Carate on the western bank of the lake. The stamp has the value of 1.50€.

The second stamp of the Mediterranean Service was issued on 2017.08.20, for usage during a train expedition through northern Spain, with the "FEVE" small track railway. The stamp shows a FEVE train in front of the coastal mountains in northern Spain. The route is listed in small print - Euskadi - Cantabria - Asturias - Galicia. Postal value is 2.00€.

On 2021.02.10, a third stamp was issued, to cover postal fees for the International Forwarding Service offered by the Mediterranean Service. The stamp shows the Old Port of Jaffa, Israel, the image being based on a Creative Commons CCA-SA 3.0 photo by Noam Armonn, with additional colour processing. Although issued for a special purpose, it has general validity for all Mediterranean Service offerings. It was issued in sheets of 4x3 stamps, with the CPEA logo on all top and bottom border appendages.

The fourth issue of the Mediterranean Service, on 2023.04.26, contained two stamps printed together, with the values of 1.75 and 2.25€, covering postcards, letters and, in combination, special courier service. The 1.75€ stamp shows the portal of the city office of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta (S.M.O.M.), a state-like but non-territorial organisation which has official postal agreements with more than 80 nations (e.g. Austria and Lithuania). The 2.25€ stamp shows the most important buildings of the Repubblica Vaticana, St. Peter's Dome. The Repubblica Vaticana has been unilaterally recognized by the F.M., the S.M.O.M. not yet. From both locations, a number of letters were shipped on the day of issue.
